Queen Collection is committed to providing our customers with quality products as well as service. Upon confirmation, hair orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once processed, your order will be shipped within 
5 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location. If your order has been confirmed and you would like to make changes, contact us by email within 24 hours.

REFUND POLICY

All risk of loss or damage to the products in your order passes to you once you receive your tracking information. Queen Collection is not liable for any errors made by the carrier. Please visit
www.ups.com or www.dhl.com for any questions you have regarding tracking and delivery.

Refunds will only be rewarded in the special case that there is an error on the behalf of Queen Collection. Only store credit is offered for orders that have been processed and shipped. To receive credit for your exchange, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your product to submit a refund claim.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for our Support Team to respond with a decision regarding your claim.

Please provide adequate pictures or documentation of the factory-made issue.

The product must be unworn, uncut, or altered in any way.

Do not ship/return the product until approval of a factory-made error has been made by our team.

Faulty products must be returned by the carrier used for shipping within 48 hours upon claim approval.

All shipping fees regarding a refund claim will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and distributed back to the customer.

Refund claims that align with our Refund Policy will be confirmed and submitted to the email address used for filing

Does this hair shed?


Hair that has been manufactured to be stitched on a weft is entitled to have minimum shedding which is absolutely normal. Minimum shedding meaning (the hair will be never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. However, proper maintenance is important.

 
Can I dye my extensions?
Yes, with a professional.
  
How many bundles will I need?
The amount of bundles you need is up to your preference. However, this is what we recommend:
  • 12-16 inches: 2 1/2-3 bundles
  • 18-22 inches: 3 bundles
  • 24-30 inches: 4 bundles
Curly/wavy hair: You’ll need 3 bundles. With curly hair, you can get away with fewer bundles because the hair is naturally more dense and full. 
Straight hair: You'll need 3 1/2-4 bundles, because straight hair has less density than curly hair, so for a silky full look you’ll need 4 bundles.
How many bundles do single bundles come with?
One (1)
How many bundles do bundle deals come with?
Three (3)
What if I want to buy 4 bundles what do I do?
You can select 4 single bundles of your choice or select a bundle deal and add a single bundle one (1)  
When I buy a single bundle or bundle deals is the frontal or closure included? 
No it is not included. You have to add the frontal or closure to your cart. Under the shop menu go to closures or frontals to select a matching texture to go with your bundles
